Request a Return

Below is a form that you will fill out when requesting a return. This requires proof of product being in perfect condition. Send an email containing the logistics behind your situation and we will get back to you as soon as possible.


Wait for Authorization

Once we give the ok, you can ship back the item using the exact shipping address we give you. This may take beyond 24 hours. (if you have any concerns, just contact us via email or phone during business hours)


Ship it Back

Print and attach the provided shipping label to the package, as well as including return authorization page we give you. This will be sent over by email to all customers confirmed to do a return. IMPORTANT* If you wish to return an item that is not under our defective item warrenty, you will be obligated to pay for the shipping fee. This will come off of the amount you paid for the product. Receive Refund or replacement

Once we receive the product, we will issue a refund and or replacement as soon as possible.

What Items Can I Return?

Commercial Van Equipment at its own discretion, will credit the buyer for, or replace goods returned on Commercial Van Equipment’s prior approval if: (a) the Buyer obtains a return number from Commercial Van equipment Inc. (b) the goods are returned in their original condition and packaging, and in full package quantities; (c) a copy of the corresponding tax invoice is supplied with the goods; (d) the Buyer bears all freight charges incurred in returning the goods (unless agreed otherwise). A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned goods. Any credit granted by Commercial Van Equipment Inc. to the buyer will expire and become nonredeemable twelve (12) months after the date of the grant.

Zero Duties & Fees

We have shipping options available in both the United States and Canada, which means zero duty fees when ordering products. Essentially, you will not be charged any duties or hidden fees after purchasing the product.

Shipping Arrangements

Orders that surpass $1000 dollars before tax are eligible for free shipping anywhere in Canada or the Continental United States. Any orders under the $1000 minumum will be charged the standard shipping & handling fee of $95. All items ordered will take up to 5 business days before shipping from our warehouse. Depending on the destination, orders may take beyond 5 days to reach the destination.
